Sheba is our herd queen, just as her dear old dam Beargivings was before her. She's of excellent body depth and capacity, beautiful facial profile with extremely long ears and she has inherited her dam's milkability to boot. We do fault Sheba for having slightly weak rear pasterns. She passes on her exceptional udder attachment and well placed, milkable teats to her kids. Sheba's sister, GCH Cream-of-Kansas' Sugar Puff 2*M, appraised 'first time excellent' with ADGA in 2007. Sheba is milking one gallon at nine days fresh.
Sheba kidded 3/17/08 with healthy quads. Three bucks, one doeling. Doeling retained, bucklings spoken for.

Another exceptionally well balanced doe with our favorite Kastdemur and Cream-of-Kansas' 'Bear' lines. Lisa is deep bodied and correct, standing on very nice feet and legs. Beautiful facial profile. Strong udder attachment. A really nicely balanced doe. If we can fault her for anything, it would be for usually being too fat. Lisa usually milks about a gallon.
UPDATE: Lisa has gone to a new home and we have retained her son.

Dam's Dam: Cream-of-Kansas' B Beargivings 1*M

Care Bear was a result of our 'herd dispersal' period when we ended up selling off Nubian bucks and then using one of our French Alpine bucks to cover does. We really weren't planning on keeping any of the kids. Except for a very slight lengthening of ears, Care Bear looks like a French Alpine, but has the goofy temperament of her Nubian ancestry. She has an excellent body depth, great dairy character and stands on correct feet and legs. Superb udder attachment and excellent teat placement. Easy milkability of her dam. Care Bear kidded 4-7-08, one doeling and one buckling. Doeling has been retained, buckling spoken for.
